Starting therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to make the process as easy as possible for you. Just follow the steps below:

1. Contact me at hello@self2.co.uk or use the form below to arrange a 20-minute conversation (no charge) to discuss working together and to ensure that you have the right IT set-up to access sessions

2. Following this, if you decide to proceed, sessions will take place weekly at an agreed day and time. 

I currently offer:

• Tuesdays: face-to-face from 9 am until a final start time of 1 pm in Canterbury (online sessions may be possible later in the day).
• Wednesdays: online 9 am until a final start time of 11 am.
• Thursdays: online 9 am onwards (evening sessions may be possible).

3. Sessions are charged at £60 for 50 minutes, payable 24 hours in advance.

4. For online sessions I use Google Meet. You don't need any specialist equipment, but please ensure that you have a stable internet connection, and a suitable device with a webcam and mic. We will do a brief systems check before our first session to ensure everything works okay.

5. I am able to work with most issues. Some examples of areas where I have particular experience are as follows:
