Starting therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to make the process as easy as possible for you. Just follow the steps below:
1. Contact me at hello@self2.co.uk or use the form below to arrange a 20-minute conversation (no charge) to discuss working together.
2. Following this, if you decide to proceed, sessions will take place weekly at an agreed day and time. I currently offer sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 3pm, and Wednesdays between 9am and 12pm.
3. Sessions are charged at £60 for 50 minutes, payable 24 hours in advance.
4. All sessions are online, using Google Meet. You don't need any specialist equipment, but please ensure that you have a stable internet connection, and a suitable device with a webcam and mic.
5. Whilst I am able to work with most issues, some examples of areas where I have particular experience are as follows:
